Patient Rights and Dignity
At Ivy, we treat all individuals with respect. This is true not only for
how we interact with each other β but also for how we interact
with our patients and their caregivers. Our patients trust us with
their health and deserve to be treated with compassion and dignity
at all times. At Ivy, itβs all about the people!
Put our patients first: treat all patients with respect,
professionalism, and kindness β always.
Communicate clearly, honestly, and in a timely manner
with patients.
Doing the right thing means warmly
greeting each patient every time they
arrive,
actively listening to their concerns and goals, and creating
individualized treatment plans. It also means to go that
extra mile if needed to ensure patients feel safe, heard, and
supported.β
