Health and Safety
We all deserve to feel safe when we come to work each day.
We keep our workplace free from violence, weapons, drugs,
and alcohol, so that our team can focus on providing the best
service and care to our patients. We maintain a safe and healthy
work environment and comply with the safety and health
regulations that apply to our business. Managers are expected
to know applicable health and safety regulations. We also expect
everyone who works with us and on our behalf to share our
commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.

A safe and healthy workplace allows us to focus on what
truly matters: our work, our patients, and each other. We’re
committed to a culture of safety, so that we create an
environment where we can all thrive and focus on doing our
jobs with confidence and care.
How we do the right thing:
One Ivy
Do not engage in any threatening or intimidating behavior —
and don’t tolerate this behavior from others.
A safe and healthy work environment is about looking out
for each other and speaking up if something doesn’t feel
right. It is all about the people!
Never come to work — or conduct business on Ivy’s behalf —
while impaired by alcohol or any controlled substance.
Report any safety or health concerns as soon as possible.
