Protecting Our Patients
We bill responsibly and accurately to support the continued
accessibility of healthcare and an accurate reflection
of services provided, so that our patients can focus on
their well-being and live life to the fullest — and not on
unexpected costs. Errors or improper billing can lead to
unnecessary financial burdens, delays in care, or loss of
patient and payer trust in Ivy. Our patients deserve to know
that they are being billed accurately and transparently for
the services they receive from us.
One Ivy
We bill correctly to protect our patients, protect Ivy, and
protect the trust placed in us. Patients and payers depend on
us to bill correctly and honestly. We handle our billing with
accuracy and integrity, so that we can help keep healthcare
affordable and do right by the patients we serve.
Doing the right thing and creating
