A message from Jason Strauss, CEO
At Ivy, we’re united by a simple
but powerful mission: to inspire
and enable people to live life to
the fullest. That’s not just about
the care we provide — it’s about
how we show up for each other,
every day.
This Code of Conduct exists to help guide our actions
and decisions. It’s rooted in our mission, vision, and
values, and built around the idea that doing the right
thing isn’t optional — it’s who we are. Every teammate,
in every role, plays a part in keeping Ivy a place of
integrity, excellence, and respect.
Our value “Do the Right Thing” anchors this Code. It
reminds us to hold ourselves to the highest standards,
to act with honesty, and to speak up when something
doesn’t feel right. Because when we live our values,
we strengthen the trust our patients, partners, and
teammates place in us.
The Code is about Ivy’s character, our privilege of
healing patients, and serving our communities. It’s
what allows us to continue delivering exceptional care
and building something meaningful—together.
