04 | We Uphold Our Standards
Our Work with
Third Parties
Our partners reflect on Ivy and the work that we do, so it’s
important that we choose our partners wisely. We work with
companies that share our commitment to clinical excellence, data
privacy and security, and our mission and values. We stay aware of
the actions of these third parties, since we recognize we can be held
responsible for the work they do on our behalf.
It’s All Connected:
Third Parties and Patient Care
The third parties we work with are a reflection of Ivy and play
a key role in delivering high-quality care to our patients. Ivy
participates in federally funded programs, so we must be
especially careful when selecting third parties. Ivy may not
employ or enter into contracts with individuals or companies
who are barred or otherwise ineligible from participating
in federal and state healthcare programs. This keeps our
patients safe.
How we do the right thing:
Carefully select business partners who are aligned with our
commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Know that we may be held responsible for the actions of third
parties who represent Ivy.
Thoroughly vet third parties through Ivy’s governance process
and collect information for internal reviews before engaging a
third party.
Never enter into any arrangements with third parties without
consulting your leadership and Ivy’s Legal Department.
Speak up if we suspect that a business partner is not meeting
Ivy’s standards of integrity.
All arrangements with third parties are reviewed and approved
by the Ivy Legal Department, and if approved, the Ivy Legal
Department will coordinate execution.
One Ivy
The third parties who work on our behalf represent Ivy and
all that we stand for. And if these third parties engage in
illegal or unethical behavior, it puts our teammates, patients,
and business at risk. We hold third parties to the highest
standards — and our patients share this expectation.
