Managers: we’re counting on you to set the tone
for your team to Do the Right Thing.
Your actions help shape our culture, and teammates look
to you for guidance. As a leader at Ivy, we’re relying on
you to lead by example, model responsible behavior, and
create an environment where teammates feel comfortable
bringing their questions and concerns to you.
We expect you to understand the expectations outlined in
our Code so you can help your team members follow them.
If you see or hear about conduct that may not be
consistent with our Code, policies, or the law, you are
required to report it.
Your Role is to Make Compliance Second Nature.
